Job Overview

Four Hands, a premier global designer and wholesaler of lifestyle home furnishings, is seeking a **Key Account Support Specialist** to enhance our Sales Operations team. This role is pivotal in fostering and expanding our relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service and contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with National Account Executives to maximize outcomes from our key customer partnerships.
  • Identify customer service needs through regular communication with major clients and National Account Executives; analyze data and propose effective solutions.
  • Enhance customer service quality by addressing issues, recognizing service trends, and suggesting system enhancements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Facilitate customer requirements by liaising with various departments within the organization.
  • Oversee the introduction of new products, including presentations, training materials, and product details.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
  • Embody our Core Values and contribute positively to the Four Hands culture.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with vlookup and pivot tables is strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Demonstrate decision-making capabilities and work autonomously.
  • Experience in an international context with diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly with various audiences.
  • Capable of completing complex tasks promptly.
  • Show a keen interest in learning and development.
