Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sample inventories, ensuring seamless tracking and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with CROs to support sample-related activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency, including process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective sample management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with biological data platforms, database building, and integration is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Lab operations, biological sample management, project management, SOPs, Benchling, animal models, histology, biomarker assays, NGS.
