Job Summary

The Billing Associate will be responsible for managing all aspects of client billing and other accounting functions for Robert R. Redwitz & Co. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and issue invoices and credit memos for clients across various service types
  • Audit products and services across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain client agreements, products, and pricing information
  • Manage billing inquiries, collections efforts, and service suspension notices
  • Prepare and process Managed Services quotes
  • Create projects from approved Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Prepare monthly agreement analysis reports
  • Process and track requests in ConnectWise
  • Code and upload vendor invoices for accounts payable
  • American Express reconciliation
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Hardware reconciliation and margin tracking reports
  • Participate in team endeavors and collaborate with colleagues
  • Complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Highly motivated individual with experience in billing and accounting
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a small to medium business environment
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills
  • Knowledge of IT products and services preferred
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate processes and updates to a broad range of professionals
