Account Associate II

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Associate II to join our team at Alliant Insurance Services. This role will be responsible for the daily processing of various client-related service issues and administrative tasks that support the overall client relationship.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment or billing discrepancies, communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze, reconcile, prepare, and send client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and send client reporting, providing valuable insights and data.
- Monitor and process inbound enrollment and employee payroll files, following up with parties as necessary when files are not received on time.
- Conduct audits on enrollment and payroll files to ensure accuracy of employee data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Post and send accurate enrollment and payroll files daily to relevant parties, maintaining data integrity.
- Analyze and make recommendations to supervisors in solving data discrepancies, improving processes and efficiency.
- May attend benefit fairs to explain various voluntary products to client employees, promoting employee benefits and well-being.
- Participate in new client implementation calls with the Implementation Team, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
- May be assigned to special projects, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity, maintaining complete and accurate information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two or more years of related work experience, with accounting and/or auditing experience preferred.
- Valid insurance license, if applicable.
- Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
- Encouragement to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.
This role requires:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork.
- Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This role will be conducted in English.
