Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Associate II to join our team at Alliant Insurance Services. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment and billing discrepancies, communicating results to stakeholders as needed.
  • Analyze, reconcile, prepare, and send client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and send client reporting, providing valuable insights and data to support business decisions.
  • Monitor and process inbound enrollment and employee payroll files, following up with parties as necessary to ensure timely receipt.
  • Conduct audits on enrollment and payroll files to ensure accuracy of employee data, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Post and send accurate enrollment and payroll files daily to relevant parties, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Analyze and make recommendations to supervisors to resolve data discrepancies, driving process improvements and efficiency.
  • Participate in new client implementation calls with the Implementation Team, ensuring seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity, maintaining complete and accurate information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of related work experience, with a preference for accounting and/or auditing experience.
  • Valid insurance license preferred, with a commitment to Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
  • Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor.
