Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at Cardinal Credit Union Inc. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, processing financial transactions, and promoting credit union products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Balance cash drawer and make settlement of daily activity
  • Welcome members and provide routine information concerning credit union products and services
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote services to members through in-person transactions, phone calls, and outbound calls
  • Provide exceptional member service and ensure a positive member experience
Requirements
  • Minimum of six months customer service and cash handling experience
  • Minimum of six months sales/referral experience, including providing related products and service options to customers
  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
