Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Total Management Group.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Check in and out guests, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
