As a Personal Banker II at Fifth Third Bank, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers. Your exceptional customer experience skills will help you understand and address their financial needs, providing solutions that span across their lifecycle using our consultative sales and service process.
Responsibilities include creating a memorable customer experience by cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships in a assigned book of business through proactive outreach efforts. You will use a consultative approach with current or prospective customers to uncover and identify their needs, while tailoring recommendations/solutions/advice. Additionally, you will maintain working knowledge of products, services, and processes offered, work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure customer's needs are met, and analyze customer credit data and other related financial information to ensure customers are in the appropriate solutions that align with their needs.
Key qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and 1 year customer service experience, or college degree or equivalent military experience. Experience in a sales environment is required, with experience in the financial industry a plus. You must be able to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication, and be capable of analyzing credit and financial information. This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
