Position Summary:

Planstin is on the lookout for a MemberGateway Enrollment Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our esteemed members and affiliates receive uninterrupted access and support. Your responsibilities will include addressing fundamental membership inquiries, assisting new groups and individuals through our enrollment procedures, and offering tailored support, all of which will significantly enhance member and affiliate satisfaction. Join us in fostering a positive and efficient experience for our community.

This role is primarily office-based with potential for hybrid work arrangements.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with members and affiliates to finalize the enrollment process for new memberships, confirming new enrollments multiple times daily.
  • Conduct introductory calls with new members who enroll in MemberGateway, providing a comprehensive overview of their membership.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for members and affiliates reaching out for assistance regarding their membership, addressing inquiries that range from basic customer service to problem resolution.
  • Develop expertise in Hint OS, Zoho, Outlook, MS Teams, and other tools utilized to ensure the best possible experience for our clients and agents.
  • Partner with the MemberGateway Manager and colleagues to enhance and refine operational processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service capacity, managing high volumes of phone calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in task execution and documentation.
  • Willingness to learn and engage in process development beyond the initial training period.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Teams, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to type quickly when necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, adhering to standard English grammar and spelling conventions.
