IDDS Service Coordinator

Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is a 501(c)(3) private not-for-profit organization operating in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities by promoting hope, healing, and support.
The IDDS Service Coordinator will be responsible for meeting the general and specific needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role will involve screening, intake, and enrollment, as well as individualized program planning and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screenings and Assessments
- Individualized Program Planning and Service Development
- Consumer and Family Orientation
- Service Coordination: Advocacy and Liaison
Qualifications:
- QDDP and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma plus demonstrated experience
- Competence in working with individuals who are developmentally disabled
