Leave and Benefits Coordinator

Triumph Foods is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leave and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assistance to the Sr. Leave and Benefits Admin regarding the intake and processing of all FMLA, STD, LTD, Military (USERRA), and Personal Leaves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the Sr. Leave and Benefits Admin, including preparation of various reports and materials requiring a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist with manual and electronic leave tracking processes.
- Assist employees in enrolling in medical, dental, vision, and other insurance plans.
- Maintain records and files.
- Answer telephone, screen calls, and take messages.
- Help answer questions and resolve employees' issues/concerns on insurance plans.
- Assist employees with life and other related benefit claims.
- Perform special projects as may be assigned by the HR Benefits and Leave Supervisor and other Executives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Literate with experience in Excel (ability to download and manipulate data), PowerPoint, and Internet-based web applications.
- General Office Skills, including but not limited to filing, data entry, the composition of letters, and informational material.
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to work varied schedules if necessary, including periodic Saturdays.
Work Environment:
The work environment includes a normal office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
