Requirements
As the English Operations Leader / COO, you will be instrumental in steering and refining all operational dimensions of our e-commerce enterprise. Your role will center on leadership, strategic foresight, and e-commerce proficiency, driving operational excellence to bolster our growth and achievements. The ideal candidate will exhibit robust leadership capabilities, extensive e-commerce insight, and a proven history of success in a comparable position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Offer strategic guidance and leadership to the operations team, cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- E-commerce Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive understanding of e-commerce operations to refine processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and stimulate revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives, emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and profitability.
- Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and empower the operations team to reach peak performance, providing direction and support as necessary.
- Process Optimization: Identify avenues for process enhancement and automation to streamline operations and boost productivity.
- Vendor and Supply Chain Management: Oversee vendor partnerships, supply chain logistics, and inventory oversight to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Establish quality control protocols to uphold high standards of product excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Administer operational budgets, forecast expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize financial outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data-driven insights to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make informed decisions to propel business growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior operations management capacity, with a focus on e-commerce operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
