Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Operations Manager will oversee the Ecommerce division at Aramco Imports, developing strategies and leading a team to drive both growth and profitability.

This role involves forecasting inventory monthly based on changing sales patterns, ensuring optimal stock levels across all distribution centers while collaborating with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams.

The successful candidate will be engaged in product development, including writing specifications and setting price points, while staying informed about trends in the cookware industry.

Additionally, the candidate will manage existing product listings across various platforms and must possess strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify.

This position requires an understanding of data integration between our logistics partners and various online marketplaces.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies across all platforms.
  • Maintain profit and loss accountability for all ecommerce accounts.
  • Build and lead a team of full-time, part-time, or outsourced online specialists to create high-quality content and drive sales.
  • Enhance online merchandising and expand product listings with ecommerce partners.
  • Review and optimize existing product descriptions and keywords for better visibility.
  • Improve product listings to boost organic search rankings.
  • Create A+ content for Amazon product listings.
  • Manage inventory levels specific to ecommerce at various fulfillment centers.
  • Develop and implement sponsored advertising campaigns across all sales channels.
  • Utilize multiple ecommerce platforms effectively, including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Formulate a pricing strategy that balances sales volume and profitability.
  • Present monthly updates on ecommerce performance and evolving strategies.
  • Continuously seek new product opportunities for development.
  • Conduct SEO keyword research and apply findings.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback across all marketplaces.
  • Create and manage targeted advertising campaigns on various platforms.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to maintain inventory across all channels.
  • Research and establish relationships with new ecommerce partners.
  • Develop online selling guidelines for wholesale clients to prevent market cannibalization.
  • Drive traffic to the company’s Shopify site through strategic media purchases.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four years of experience in ecommerce, particularly with Amazon Seller Central.
  • At least two years of experience with various ecommerce platforms.
  • High proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, nested functions, and data analysis.
  • Creative mindset for guiding content creation and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with marketing functions such as campaign management, promotions, pricing strategies, and program tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Four years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (1P/3P).
  • General knowledge of kitchenware and cookware merchandising.
