Job Overview

HOM Furniture, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and consistently striving to grow and improve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take world-class care of customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve sales goals by delivering the perfect design solution every time.
  • Participate in maintaining price cards and perform light duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas.
Requirements
  • Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2-year or 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Big ticket/commission sales experience preferred, such as home furnishings, automotive, recreational vehicles, appliances, etc.
