  • Turn 'no' into solutions, solving for current and future needs of our guests and delivering exceptional guest service.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers, managers, and key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Provide product and solution recommendations, delivering exceptional guest service to meet their needs.
  • Excel in a competitive landscape, thriving in fast-paced environments and driving repeat traffic.
Compensation and Benefits:

We're proud to offer a competitive compensation package, including a base rate of $16.00/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. Our estimated #all-in pay is $58,000 per year, based on a 35-hour work week. We also offer paid training, a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment, and a range of benefits, including:

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Legal: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical: Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods.
Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants must complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be required.
