Position: Client Services Representative
Location/Dept.: Community Engagement Center
Availability: Immediate

Salary Grade: $13.91 per hour; 73 Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:
The Client Services Representative will deliver exceptional customer service to potential clients, center members, and guests regarding facility and membership information, enrollment processes, and ongoing customer satisfaction, as well as membership recruitment and retention.
Qualifications:
Requirements: A Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of experience in sales. Strong sales, marketing, research, and tracking skills are essential. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills are required. The ability to be flexible and accommodating in scheduling appointments for prospects and members is crucial. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work well with others. Child Protection Clearances per PA Act 153 require all prospective employees to complete the following background checks: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check.
