Competitive CompensationSalaries start at $44,500 for Certified Peers and $41,500 for non-certified applicants. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, sick leave, holidays, and competitive salary.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Supporting individuals through life transitions, including hospital visits and transition planning.
  • Helping clients establish goals and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Educating staff on self-directed care and crisis situations.
  • Using evidence-based practices, such as WRAP and Motivational Interviewing.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must:
  • Have lived experience of a mental health diagnosis or substance use addiction.
  • Possess a desire to share your experiences to influence the mental health system.
  • Be willing to obtain one of the following certifications: Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) or Family Partner.
