We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our Recovery Coaching Program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing teams, developing and implementing programs, and collaborating with stakeholders.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required for off-site functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of coaches and managers, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with treating providers to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring seamless coordination of services.
- Design and oversee the implementation of individualized action and wellness plans, ensuring consistent review and evaluation of participant progress.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of program documentation and individual records, meeting or exceeding agency and funding source standards.
- Implement agency/department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant licensing and performance specifications.
- Provide on-call coverage and respond to staff inquiries and system navigation needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in addiction treatment, recovery coaching, or a related field.
- Lived experience with substance use and criminal justice involvement is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
