We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Wagner Equipment Co. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and other tasks as needed
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action to prevent downtime
- Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance or a related field
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
