About the Role

We are seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to lead our heavy equipment maintenance team at Holden Earth Products, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance schedule of our fleet of equipment and ensuring they are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
  • Supervise and coordinate with other mechanics to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and optimize equipment usage
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of diesel engines and heavy equipment maintenance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
