Job Overview

Trollco Inc. is seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Hoedown Hill. As a key member of our winter operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our surface lifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for lift maintenance and operations
  • Ensure compliance with Colorado Tramway regulations and safety protocols
  • Perform daily maintenance and inspections of surface lifts
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with special events and large groups
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to execute resolutions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years

Work Environment:

  • Primary work environment is outdoors, with exposure to cold, snow, wind, and rain
  • High level of physical activity, including lifting and carrying equipment
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with uneven terrain

Compensation:

$18-$20 per hour
