Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at RemX. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices for payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and send payment requests to vendors and suppliers.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and statements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working in a high-volume transaction environment.
