Job Opportunity: Program Logistics Coordinator
Raising A Village Foundation (RAVF) is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on delivering impactful intervention programs and community resources to children, youth, and families in education, health, and the arts. We are seeking a passionate and proactive Program Logistics Coordinator to enhance our Driven 2 Succeed initiative.

Position Overview
The Program Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of logistics related to the Driven 2 Succeed program at designated educational or community sites. This position will work closely with the Program Director and collaborate with team members, tutors, educators, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor student engagement and participation.
- Provide daily support to tutors and volunteers involved in the program.
- Act as the primary liaison for educators and community stakeholders at assigned locations.
- Assist in tutoring students in collaboration with the Driven Student Corps.
- Help gather and analyze data for program assessment and improvement.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and skills, including:
- Experience in teaching or high-impact tutoring.
- Background in program coordination and evaluation.
- Ability to develop lesson plans and engage with school and community members.
Program Management
- Design and implement activities that promote student success and ensure program quality.
- Manage daily operations and support team members at the program site.
- Facilitate events and initiatives that celebrate student achievements.
People Management
- Collaborate with tutors and educators to ensure students meet their academic goals.
- Monitor and manage timesheets and hours for tutors.
- Communicate expectations clearly and uphold accountability among team members.
Data Management
- Utilize data tracking tools to assess program effectiveness.
- Input and maintain accurate records of student attendance and program outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field.
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
