Essential Requirements:

Core Competencies:
- Proficient knowledge and experience in supporting IT systems, services, and operational processes.
- Ability to manage straightforward procurement tasks for standard services or commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products, following established routines and procedures.
- Competence in overseeing the packaging, shipping, collection, auditing, and tracking of goods and assets.
- Skills in executing basic logistical functions, including contributing to logistical planning, inventory management, and disposal operations.
- A keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes in all tasks undertaken.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues across a geographically dispersed network.
- Capacity to conduct analysis and research, reporting findings while contributing innovative ideas and identifying opportunities for enhancing business efficiency.
- Demonstrated personal integrity while achieving results within legislative and policy frameworks.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and processes, alongside experience in an ITIL environment.
