We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our team at Feeding America. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing donations from and managing philanthropic relationships with corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Solicit Donations: Meet or exceed personal revenue goals by soliciting donations from assigned corporate accounts.
- Manage Relationships: Serve as the lead relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of corporate donors, leading solicitation, stewardship, communication, and issue resolution.
- Develop Strategies: Collaborate with colleagues to develop customized and effective grant proposals, campaigns, and stewardship strategies to deepen donor relationships.
- Build Collaborations: Implement a strategy to broaden donor relationships across Feeding America's portfolio of interests and build collaborative relationships with member food banks.
- Communicate Effectively: Actively provide communication support to assigned donors and prepare memos, partnership updates, and communications for Feeding America's network members and Executive Team.
- Experience: 5+ years of fundraising or account management experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Donor Relationships: Experience working with institutional (corporate or foundation) donors or partners.
- Cause Marketing: Experience building and executing cause marketing campaigns preferred.
- Autonomy: Autonomous, with the ability to work proactively with limited supervision when necessary.
- Mission Focus: Demonstrates a commitment to Feeding America's mission through work and action.
- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Demonstrates a personal commitment to valuing different backgrounds and life experiences.
- Drive Change: Offers suggestions for improving processes or change plans.
