Compensation: $140,000-$160,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate turnover discussions with the Project Estimator to comprehend and assess estimates related to materials, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and overall project conditions.
- Oversee and assign tasks to subcontractors, ensuring comprehensive coverage while allowing for adaptability.
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules in collaboration with the Project Superintendent and essential subcontractors, aiming for operational efficiency and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and nurture relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other involved parties, conducting preconstruction meetings to address project-specific details, safety protocols, and timelines.
- Conduct weekly project meetings to review progress, safety measures, submissions, requests for information, and other relevant project matters, while preparing monthly billing and status reports for stakeholders.
- Guide and assess team members, assist Superintendents with resource needs, resolve subcontractor challenges, and enhance professional knowledge through continuous education and training.
Qualifications:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing designated construction projects. This position entails providing leadership and guidance to the Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative personnel to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects within established timelines, optimizing company profits, and fostering ongoing client relationships.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in multifamily projects.
- A proven history of effectively managing projects of similar scale and complexity, specifically in the range of $40 million-$60 million+ multifamily developments.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both internally and externally.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and project management software (Sage Project Management, Procore, MS Project).
- Strong multitasking capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform well under pressure to meet deadlines.
