Key Responsibilities- Oversee all phases of construction projects across various locations, including restaurants, retail, big box, hotels, multi-family, hospitals, shopping centers, and high-rise buildings.
- Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards across all sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or changes in scope promptly.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Lead and manage on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a traveling superintendent in commercial construction, with experience in restaurants, retail, big box stores, hotels, multi-family housing, hospitals, shopping centers, and high-rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
