Job Summary

Broadway Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Banker I/II/III to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and providing personalized financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Use a consultative approach to understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and increasing revenue.
    • Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to clients.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Process client transactions, including account openings, loan applications, and customer maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely and actionable insights to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college-level coursework desirable.
  • Experience
    • Relationship Banker I: 0-2 years of retail banking or financial services experience.
    • Relationship Banker II: 2-4 years of retail banking or financial services experience.
    • Relationship Banker III: 4+ years of retail banking or financial services experience.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial software.
