Operations Project Coordinator I (B22) - $54,614 - $88,703
Operations Project Coordinator II (B24) - $62,004 - $101,556

Job Duties
This role involves executing complex project management tasks, which include:

  • Coordinating the planning and initiation of smaller projects or phases of larger projects.
  • Monitoring project progress and schedules.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and management.
  • Establishing personal work plans and priorities to achieve set objectives.

Key Functions for Operations Project Coordinator I:
- Explain project methodologies and processes to interested parties.
- Plan and evaluate smaller projects or segments of larger projects.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Identify potential project risks and create strategies to mitigate them.

Key Functions for Operations Project Coordinator II:
- Review and recommend proposals to management.
- Utilize established criteria to assess programs and proposals.
- Compile and distribute project status reports and budget expenditures.

Qualifications
Operations Project Coordinator I: 3 years of experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
Operations Project Coordinator II: 5 years of experience in project management and process improvement methodologies. Relevant graduate-level education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Licenses and Certifications
Valid driver's license required.

Physical Requirements
Subject to environmental conditions; may require lifting up to 20 lbs and prolonged periods of standing.
