Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all banking products and services, including loans, deposits, treasury management, and other applicable banking services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the banking center team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve sales goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Office of Foreign Asset Control.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years sales experience, with direct employee management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, sales orientation, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Office of Foreign Asset Control.
