Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all banking products and services, including loans, deposits, treasury management, and other applicable banking services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the banking center team to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve sales goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (5 years of experience in banking operations may commensurate for degree)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years sales experience, with direct employee management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, sales-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Language: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
