Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Seattle, WA.

This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

About the Role:

  • Meet and greet all occupants and visitors to ensure a positive experience at the site.
  • Coordinate with vendors and visitors to obtain necessary badges and clearance.
  • Order breakroom supplies on a timely basis and maintain an inventory of office supplies.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages, maintaining a current log of all activity.
  • Intake work orders via the Tririga tool and coordinate with the facilities team.
  • Provide temporary parking passes to visitors as needed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the reception area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  2. Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
