Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Seattle, WA.
This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our facilities team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
About the Role:
- Meet and greet all occupants and visitors to ensure a positive experience at the site.
- Coordinate with vendors and visitors to obtain necessary badges and clearance.
- Order breakroom supplies on a timely basis and maintain an inventory of office supplies.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages, maintaining a current log of all activity.
- Intake work orders via the Tririga tool and coordinate with the facilities team.
- Provide temporary parking passes to visitors as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Perform other duties as required to support the operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
