Glass Doctor Sales and Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Glass Doctor of Knoxville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating sales, handling service requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by proactively generating sales and handling service requests
- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and support
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions
- Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
- Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
