Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at FASTSIGNS. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at customer locations.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and business goals.
Requirements:
- Outgoing and responsive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong listening skills, documentation, and organization abilities.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
