Job Summary:

The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues.


Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries by email and phone.
• Data Entry
• Quoting, placing and scheduling orders for a large customer base.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships.

Requirements:
• Minimum previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
