Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for the Controls Automation Engineer role will possess:

  • Proficiency in electrical design software, PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control, pneumatic systems, and vision technology.
  • Experience in creating electrical layouts and detailed schematics using computer-aided design software.
  • The capability to collaborate across departments to develop innovative equipment designs.
  • Strong communication skills to comprehend customer requirements and coordinate effective solutions within the talented Koops team.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • A four-year engineering degree or relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering within the automation sector.
  • The willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
