- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to physical therapists and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and analyze clinical and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our clinic remains competitive and compliant.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, healthcare administration).
- Professional license/certification in physical therapy (e.g., DPT, PT).
- Minimum of three years' experience in clinical leadership or management, preferably in a physical therapy or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Total compensation package of $95,000-$115,000.
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus.
