Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a PLM Project Manager / Business Analyst with over 4 years of experience in Dassault 3DX Systems for a long-term remote engagement.

Essential Requirement: Experience with Dassault Systemes' PLM 3DX platform.

The primary PLM product utilized is Enovia.

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a Project Manager II, demonstrating analytical skills to guide teams in the SaaS version of PLM solutions architecture. A solid understanding of on-prem PLM architecture is crucial. Candidates must exhibit confidence and clarity in communicating on-prem PLM architecture to various vendors and functional areas. Strong communication skills and subject matter expertise are essential, as the role involves leading technical discussions in a complex, matrixed environment. The position requires the ability to collaborate with team members of varying experience levels across functions, resources, and stakeholders.

This role is primarily remote, with potential travel required for periodic planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, strategize, and execute various phases of the PLM roadmap, focusing on eliminating manual workflows, streamlining processes, and facilitating Digital Tech Transfer through the Dassault Systemes' 3DX platform while integrating with key organizational platforms.
  • Make informed technology decisions and recommendations. Collaborate with Operations and DTI teams to enhance PLM processes, systems, and performance in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the establishment of a strategic enterprise data model for product information.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners in the Operations team to achieve shared objectives and support the Tech Transfer strategy.
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience, including 4+ years with Dassault Systems 3DX, focusing on requirements gathering, solution design, technical/functional implementations, offshore coordination, and customer management.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practices within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience in directing solution design, business process redesign, and software implementation.
  • Strong technical and functional expertise in supporting applications across Engineering, Tech Transfer, and Quality functions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of offerings within the PLM solution landscape.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for navigating ambiguity and distilling complex information into clear, impactful messages and presentations.
  • Experience in directing solution design, business process redesign, and software implementation in drug development and commercialization environments.
  • Experience in developing solutions within a SaaS PLM platform.
  • Understanding of FDA regulations regarding computer system validation in biotech manufacturing and laboratory settings.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Methods (e.g., Scrum) and Scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex subjects to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
