  • Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Engage with architects, engineers, and various consultants to ensure project designs align with client expectations and regulatory standards.
  • Create and execute project management strategies that delineate project goals, timelines, resources, and risk management approaches.
  • Project Implementation:

  • Address and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years in construction project management, with at least 5 years focused on multifamily residential construction.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is a plus.
