Job Title: Valet Supervisor

Job Summary:

Bags, a leading parking provider, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Supervisor to join our team. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of valet attendants and dispatchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily operation of the valet service, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality customer service.
  • Supervise and train valet attendants and dispatchers to meet the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Manage staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
