Job Title: Valet Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Bags, a leading parking provider in the area. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily operation of the valet service, ensuring timely and efficient parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
  • Supervise and train a team of valet attendants and dispatchers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Staff and schedule a busy 24/7 operation, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and respond to their inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, as well as the storage or retrieval of guest belongings.
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background screening.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug testing process.
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, tourism, or retail industries.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations, including stairs, for the duration of the scheduled shift.
  • Required to enter and exit vehicles of varying heights.
Appearance Guidelines:
  • Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times, even when working behind the scenes.
  • For all male employees, a fully grown-in, well-maintained mustache, beard, or goatee is permitted.
  • No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed.
  • Clean and well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift.
