Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Valet Driver to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safe parking and retrieval of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients.
  • Inspect vehicles before parking and report any findings to management.
  • Explain valet rates to customers and provide clear instructions on vehicle retrieval.
  • Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices while operating a vehicle.
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure seamless transportation experiences for customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including wearing a clean uniform and arriving on time for scheduled shifts.
Requirements
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability to work special shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • The ability to provide accurate information to customers and coworkers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
  • The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
