Job Title: Valet Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Bags, a leading parking provider. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily operation of the valet service, including supervising staff and scheduling
  • Ensure the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles
  • Store or retrieve guest belongings and assist with luggage
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass pre-employment criminal background screening and drug testing
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience
  • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, tourism, or retail industries is a plus
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Must be able to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations

Appearance Guidelines:

  • Employees are expected to present a professional business-like image at all times
  • Must wear clean and well-maintained approved uniforms on shift
