Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Valet Supervisor to join our team at Bags, a SP+ Company. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily operation of the valet team, including scheduling and supervising staff
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, as well as the storage and retrieval of guest belongings
  • Assist guests with their luggage and provide general assistance as needed
  • Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company appearance guidelines
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background screening
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug testing process
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer service or hospitality environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations, including stairs
  • Ability to enter and exit vehicles of varying heights
