Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Valet Dispatcher to join our team at SP+. As a Valet Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking services, coordinating the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, and maintaining the security and integrity of all vehicle keys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the dispatching of Valet Attendants to park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor guest wait times to ensure they meet our service standards.
  • Secure and track all guest vehicle keys, maintaining the highest level of security and integrity.
  • Process valet fees and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls and addressing customer concerns with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Collaborate with the Ramp Supervisor to maintain a clear and organized ramp area, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the garage office and surrounding areas.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns to supervisors or management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior valet driving experience preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
