Job Description

Advanced Automation Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our technical data management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities and performance of one or more task orders supporting Air Force technical data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of work, quantity, and schedule of deliveries to ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve technical data management processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical data management services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Air Force personnel and other government agencies.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in technical data management, with a focus on Air Force technical data management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Prior experience working with USAF or other military branches.
  • Prior experience managing teams and/or task orders.
Preferred Requirements
  • Prior experience with technical data management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of military specifications and standards, including MIL-STD-3048 and MIL-STD-1808.
  • Experience with technical data conversion and sustainment support.
