About the Role:

  • Emerging Technologies and Market Trends: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to integrate into strategic planning, driving innovation and competitiveness.
  • EW System Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of Electronic Warfare systems, ensuring that program objectives and specifications are met, and that systems are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones in system development, production, and testing, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Testing and Deployment: Direct the testing of new Electronic Warfare systems to ensure they meet operational and performance standards, and manage the deployment of capabilities, coordinating with operational units for seamless integration.
  • Sustainment and Modernization: Establish programs for the ongoing support and sustainment of Electronic Warfare systems, including lifecycle management and modernization efforts, ensuring that capabilities remain relevant and effective against evolving threats.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence, and serving as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Program Management Experience: Extensive experience in program management within the defense sector, specifically in Electronic Warfare, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with an ability to lead complex projects from conception to fruition, and to make informed decisions that drive business growth and success.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and guide diverse teams, and to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in Electronic Warfare and a proven track record of success.
