Position Summary:

Boeing Government Supply Chain Services is seeking a Senior Project Management Leader to oversee a portfolio of Sustainment initiatives related to the F-15 platform. This role involves guiding projects from initial business case development through to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all phases of cross-functional projects, demonstrating expertise in project management standards such as PMI and PMBOK.
  • Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and clarify project-specific objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure team members are effectively executing assigned tasks, with appropriate tracking and reporting mechanisms in place.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of project outcomes, compiling lessons learned and historical data for future reference.
  • Assess team performance and provide feedback to management as necessary.
  • Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting to enhance future project planning.

Qualifications:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, necessitating U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a cross-functional role.
  • At least five years of experience in preparing and delivering presentations to management and clients.
  • Experience in strategic planning within project or program management.
  • A minimum of three years in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Depot/MRO environment.
  • Familiarity with performance-based logistics contracts.
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in developing business proposals.
  • Direct experience with government clients.
  • Understanding of Federal and DoD regulations and policies.

Education and Experience:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
