About the Role

The Housing Program Manager will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the FRSP program. This includes planning, organizing, leading, and controlling program activities to ensure the outcomes of program objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits with case managers to monitor family functioning and stability, ensuring housing, clothing, and food needs are adequate.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to staff, reviewing assigned caseloads and identifying critical issues confronting families.
  • Investigate community resources to meet client needs, maintaining a current listing of programs, schools, civic associations, churches, and businesses.
  • Offer emergency coverage to support clients in need, responding to critical situations in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, or Psychology.
  • Two years of experience in community-based social services or related fields.
  • Knowledge of community resources and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
