Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Assistant RN to join our team at Central Maine Medical Center. As a Clinical Assistant RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care processes as needed.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with up to six (6) months Registered Nurse experience.
  • Current RN license within the state of practice.
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification required.
  • IV Certification preferred.
